Common Questions

How do co-ops work?

Buyers pledge for shares of bulk orders. When the minimum is reached, everyone is charged and the farmer fulfills the order. Learn more on our How It Works page.

When am I charged?

If the deadline is more than 7 days away, you're charged when the co-op reaches its goal. If less than 7 days, payment is pre-authorized immediately.

Can I cancel my pledge?

Yes, you can cancel anytime before the co-op is confirmed (threshold met). Go to your Account Dashboard and click "Cancel Pledge" on the relevant order.

How do I become a farmer/producer?

During signup, select "Farmer/Producer" as your account type. You'll need to complete onboarding and connect a bank account for payouts.
